Packet Pickup: 4-7pm, May 16 and 5:30-7:00am, May 17, at race site

The swim is a 400 yard in a 25 yard pool with water temperature in the mid 80's.The bike is a FAST, flat, out and back course. The run will be on rolling roads through out residential areas surrounding the YMCA.

Packet Pick up will be from 4-7 on May 16, and 5:30-7:00 am on race day. Please bring a photo ID and proff of USAT membership. If you are not a current USAT member, you will be required to pay the $10.00 for the one day USAT license.

Refunds are not given for injuries, illness, schedule conflict, inclement weather, etc. once your entry has been received. Upstate Y Triathlon Series may deem it necessary to alter the format of or cancel events for safety reasons due to inclement weather, course conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. If the course is altered for any unforeseen circumstances, there will be no refunds. For insurance purposes, there will no transferring of bib numbers to another athlete. Disclaimer: A triathlon or endurance event is an extreme test of a person's physical and mental limits and carries with it the potential for death, serious injury and property loss. Participants should be physically fit, and have sufficiently trained for participation in this event(s). Before entering into any such event, we advise that you see your physician first before training for this triathlon and/or any other exercise program.
