2008 RESULTS
The Anderson Area YMCA Sprint Triathlon is the first event in the Upstate YMCA Sprint Triathlon Series. It's a perfect race for first-timers, and an ideal event to kick off the season for experienced athletes. This event will use ChampionChip Timing. The swim will be 400 yards in a 25 yard pool, with water temperatures in the mid 80's. The bike will be a fast, flat out and back course. The run will be on rolling roads through residential areas surrounding the YMCA. Packet pick up will be from 4-7 p.m. on April 5, and 5:30-7 a.m. and April 6. Please bring a photo ID and proof of USAT membership. If you are not a USAT member you will be required to pay $10.00 for a one day USAT license. USAT Sanctioning pending.
