The swim is in a 10-lane competitive pool, with individual self-seeded starts. The 16 mile bike is a single lap, fast course. The 5k run will be closed to traffic. This is a spectator friendly 2-lap run, with a portion on grass. Maps can be viewed on the www.therocktriclub.com website.

Registration to begin in January for Kid's Triathlon held 6 miles up the road at "The Crossing YMCA" off Shiloh Road - event to be held on May 8th at 1:00 pm. There will 2 levels of the race so different levels of experience can feel the fun!

Upstate Y Triathlon Series may deem it necessary to alter the format of or cancel events for safety reasons due to inclement weather, course conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. If the course is altered for any unforeseen circumstances, there will be no refunds. For insurance purposes, there will no transferring of bib numbers to another athlete.
