HOTEL - the Hilton Garden Inn of Rock Hill has rooms blocked out for participants and their families for $79.00 plus taxes a night - Mention Tri the Rock to get the room rate. Be sure to look there for your or your groups stay!

Transition area will open at 6am along with pools for warm up. Race day sign ups will be from 6 to 7am only. The host hotel is the Hilton Garden Inn in Rock Hill. Early packet pick up will be at the Aquatics Center from 1 to 6pm on May 7th.

The swim is in a 10-lane competitive pool, with individual self-seeded starts.  The 16 mile bike is a single lap, fast course. The 5k run will be closed to traffic. This is a spectator friendly loop run, with a portion on grass.  Maps can be viewed on the www.therocktriclub.com website.

Registration for Kid's Triathlon held 6 miles up the road at "The Crossing YMCA" off Shiloh Road - event to be held on May 8th at 1:00 pm.  There will 2 levels of the race so different levels of experience can feel the fun! 

Early packet pick up will be May 7th from 1pm to 6pm at the Aquatics Ctr at 325 Rawlinson Rd Rock Hill SC.

Race Day registration and day of packet pick up from 10am til noon at the race site. Transistion area will open at noon with a pre-race meeting at 12:40.
