This will be the third Triathlon in the community of Union, SC  and for 2010, we are adding a Duathon for those H2O-challenged athletes out there.  The Union YMCA and the town of Union are very excited to as a community to again have the opportunity of hosting the only “triathlon” in our small hometown of hospitality.  A small town with big ideas.

Union will be one of the fastest races in the series with a 300 yard pool swim (25 yd. lanes), 14.5 mile bike, and 3.1 mile run.  There was both a brand new swim and a new bike course in 2009 for a great event! All events will be chip timed and awards for all age groups. Triathlon Relays are welcome!

RUN ROUTE - the Du portion will be a 1 mile run start versus the swim - then normal bike and run routes to finish
